INTES MONITORING SYSTEM is a Web based Production Monitoring System for Weaving Industries from INTES, Coimbatore,INDIA.

INTES MONITORING SYSTEM Consists of following things.
Data Collection Devices(DCD):
RF enabled Data Collection Device (DCD) collects Production related information (Run Time, Picks inserted, Stops, Stop Time, etc..) from the Machine and transfers all the information to the Server Computer on regular interval through Wireless. Data Collection Devices have a Membrane Keyboard and Multiline LCD for easy usage. Production and Stop realated information can be viewed and entered at Data Collection Devices.

RF Transceiver & Data Converter Unit (DCU):
RF Transceiver is a device that transmits Data from Server Computer and Receives Data from Data Collection Devices.
Data Converter Unit receives the collected information from Data Collection Devices through RF Transceiver and convert the received RF data to serial data and sends to Server Computer.

Web based Software:
Intes Monitoring System software is developed using the widely popular Php for Programming and MySQL as database. Server software will acquire information from Data Collection Devices through Data Converter Unit at regular intervals and generates Real time Views, Reports and Charts for any selected Criteria / Period.
